  • Article 133.1.d) counts your income only. The general aid of article 116.1.c) adds the income of everyone whose habitual residence is the home.
  • Articles 118 and 136 make the plan's two rent aids incompatible with each other and with any other public rent aid. You have to pick one.
  • The first additional provision allows this aid to be granted with effect from 1 January 2026, four months before the plan came into force.
  • Article 134 gives two years, extendable by up to two more if the requirements still hold. Article 12 of Royal Decree 42/2022 gave two years and provided for no extension.
