It falls €1,125.00 short of the maximum because it does not meet every criterion. That maximum is only paid in full when all four add up.
You must keep the vehicle in your name and registered in Spain for two years from the award, or repay the grant in full (art. 10.1.d).
If the call's budget runs out, later applications join a waiting list in strict order of filing that creates no entitlement at all (art. 5.4).
The two European criteria, and the discount the dealer pays
They add up to 25 more points and depend on where the car was assembled and where the battery came from, which are not on the registration document: you have to ask the dealer.
On top of the grant, the invoice for a new car or van must show a discount of at least €1,000.00 applied by the point of sale (art. 8.3.b).5).
